After the dimensions of the pitch are determined by the customer, the pitch is delivered after all ground applications are finalized. Firstly perimeter foundation beams are formed and than ground fills are applied and compacted by a roller. Guide pipes are located in the perimeter beams at 3 m intervals in order to provide water drainage. 6 m height posts are placed around the pitch in order to support wire mesh of 3.5 mm and 50 mm loop distance. Afterwards, lightening installation of the pitch is completed and connected to the power panel. Top of the pitch is covered with a net in order to prevent the ball from going outside. Lastly, the turf is applied on the ground and the pitch is delivered in a condition suitable for playing football.
MATERIALS USED
Foundation Beam Concrete: After necessary ground studies are conducted, reinforced C20 ready concrete is poured around the pitch with dimensions 30 /50 cm and supporting shoes are placed in the concrete.
Metal Components: Metal structure is formed by 3''- 2.5 - 1.5 pipes and 40 mm brackets.
Ground Fill: Grade 4 crushed stone at a height of 15 cm and grade 1 crushed stone at a height of 10 cm are laid on the ground and the ground is leveled and compacted afterwards.
Wire Mesh: 3.5 mm, 50 x 50 mm loop galvanized pvc mesh is placed at a height of 6 m. Wire mesh is supported with tying wires and steel gut wire.
Net: Hand knitted, grade 77, 15x15 mm loop net is covered on the pitch. The net is resistant to sunlight and any weather condition.
Lightening: Depending on the dimensions of the pitch, 400 watt (1000 watt for regular football pitches) metal Halide projectors, 1 lightening panel and grounding system are installed for the pitch.
Ground Covering: After the ground is leveled, firstly a geotextile pad is laid and then artificial turf is placed on it. Sections of the turf are aligned and adhered on ach other by polyurethane based, double component adhesive by use of a helmetine cloth. Silica sand and sbr granule rubber are homogenously used as fill materials. The pitch is delivered in a condition suitable for playing football. Artificial turf used is certified by the Ministry of Industry and warranted. |
